Do they send you a bill, or do you have to pay online?
They will send a bill as long as you do not or have not opted for paperless. You can also pay online here www.chase.com/amazon or http://amazon.com/storecard
I know I had trouble finding where to pay as well becuase it isnt listed on the statement.
